Michael Mangold​

Michael Mangold is an experienced technology executive with over 20 years of experience leading change management, process enhancements, and technology transformation in both the healthcare and retail sectors. Before joining Bullseye Compliance, Michael served as the CIO for Tennessee Orthopedic Alliance (TOA), the largest physician owned orthopedic care provider in Tennessee.  Prior to TOA, Michael served as the Vice President and CIO for National Seating & Mobility (NSM) where he was tasked with providing strategic direction for technology services for the largest provider of Complex Rehab Technology and Home Access in North America.

Prior to NSM, Michael served as Vice President, Enterprise Infrastructure, & CISO for Tractor Supply Company, a fortune 300 retailer. He was responsible for all aspects of Tractor Supply Company’s infrastructure including enterprise network services, data center operations, public/private cloud, system/storage administration and end user support. Michael was also responsible for all aspects of Tractor Supply Company’s information security program including setting the information security strategy, oversight of risk management and compliance, security architecture, cyber defense, and security operations.

Michael holds a master’s degree in computer information systems from Middle Tennessee State University, is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), a Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP), and currently serves as past-president of the Cloud Security Alliance, Nashville Chapter.

Michael resides in Thompsons Station TN, with his wife and 2 children.

Bob Quandt

Bob Quandt is an experienced security leader with over 20 years’ experience. Prior to starting Bullseye Compliance in 2017, Bob was the Vice President of Information Security and Information Security Officer at Sharecare (formerly Healthways) where he led the information security function and helped build a solid security program. Prior to this role, Bob led an IT audit function and worked in security, application development, and internal audit at a Fortune 100 healthcare provider.

Bob is a Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), and a member of the Middle Tennessee ISACA and ISSA organizations. Bob received his bachelors’ degree from Middle Tennessee State University and served in the United States Marine Corps.

Bob resides in Franklin, TN, with his wife and two sons.

Andy Wyley

  • Andy Wyley has been a leader in Business Continuity, Crisis Management, and Risk Management for over 20 years.
  • Passionate about helping companies assess their risks and, more importantly, develop effective mitigation strategies, Andy has a proven track record of designing and implemeting Business Continuity Management Programs (BCMP) across industries, including government, healthcare, manufacturing, and supply chain, for both publically and privately hdld companies.
  • Andy earned a Master’s degree in Social Work bringing a unique, people-centric perspective to crisis management and business resilience.
  • She is also a certified Business Continuity Professional and a dedicated member of the Association of Continuity Professional Middle TN Chapter.
  • Andy lives in Franklin with her husband.
